 LN-15 Wire Feeder
Portable, Semiautomatic Wire Feeder
The LN-15 is one of the smallest and most maneuverable wire feeders for the construction, shipbuilding and pipeline industries. It uses a high temperature, abrasion resistant plastic case, aluminum alloy roll cage and fully encapsulated PC boards. The LN-15 is available in both Across-The-Arc and Control Cable versions. Both offer outstanding welding performance on a wide variety of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and alloy materials.

LN-25 PRO Wire Feeder

Built upon the tradition and success of the LN™-25, the new LN™-25 PRO is designed to be simple, reliable and easy to service. The LN™-25 PRO is ideal for field construction and fabrication, shipyards, and rental companies. The MAXTRAC® wire drive enhances performance, while the replacement case, and many other upgrade options that can be installed in less then five minutes aid in the serviceability. The LN™-25 PRO is available in standard and extra torque models. All models include a gas solenoid and flow meter to run both flux-cored and MIG wires. The extra torque model features additional torque gearing for reliable feeding of large diameter flux-cored wires.

The Power Feed 10R is a high performance, digitally controlled wire feeder designed to be a part of a modular, multi-process welding system. It is specifically designed to mount to a robot arm or to use in hard automation applications. Modular systems can be arranged in a variety of ways for optimum, customized performance and easy maintenance. This four drive roll feeder operates on 40VDC input power and is designed to be used with ArcLink™ Robotic Power Wave™ power sources. STT ®-10 WIRE FEEDER
The STT-10 does a lot more than just feed wire. This new generation microprocessor controlled wire feeder will take the Surface Tension Transfer™ process to a new level. Today, Lincoln wire feeders play an active roll in controlling the power source and much more. With the STT-10, it is easy to develop optimal procedures and set the range of operator adjustments. It even controls the “Background” current automatically when striking an arc for soft, consistent starts, every time. Dual procedure control on the STT-10 makes it easy to increase or decrease the energy in the arc without changing the wire feed speed. It can also be used to change procedures for different applications or even different materials. Due to the modular design of the STT-10, it can be configured for either bench mounting, or the wire drive, wire reel stand, and control box can be separated for boom or automatic applications. A robotic interface option is also available.

 LT-7 Tractor Automatic Wire Feeder
Submerged Arc DC Wire Feeder
The LT-7 Tractor is a self-propelled mechanized wire feeder, designed for the submerged arc process with track system capabilities. It is self-guiding and easy to operate – only one operator is usually required. It is designed to be used with a variety of Lincoln DC constant voltage and constant current power sources. The rugged, lightweight unit permits quick movement to the next joint. Its compact size fits through small openings and confined spaces. Butt and fillet welds can be made on heavy plate or steel as light as 12 gauge (2.5mm). The LT-7 Tractor is ideal for the following applications: ship and barge building, storage tank erection, bridge deck installation, beam, girder or column fabrication, and long seams on heavy weldments.
